Alas, I don't have a tumble dryer. An expense that I would love to have but I don't have the money nor the space. Damn rental accommodation.
Used to love living it in the winter at the parents, do a wash and then stick it in the tumble and it'll be dry the next day. Now I have to put it on the clotheshorse in the spare room with the heating on hoping it's dry the next day, hah.

I use a line or rack inside in the winter...I would like to have a tumble dryer at some point but would only use it sparingly

The washing line is really for if it's a nice day out there, and that the warm wind can help dry your clothes the natural way. But most times, the tumble dryer is used.

Just the washing line unless it's raining then we'll have to use the tumble drier.
