I did have a Fitbit Flex but I became allergic to the band so I changed it to a Garmin Band

I used to have one. It's a decent tracker, I loved the sleep cycle feature. I now have an Apple Watch because it works better overall with my iPhone.

When im at Work I normally use mine for the Time , I do wear it every day but mainly use it for the Steps and the Mileage on my Days off .. I try to do 11.000 Steps on Walks

Other day managed 20000 steps and 16 km lol. Not doing that again for awhile.

I had one similar as part of a school programme, but all the students did was shake it to get their steps up I didn't really like that it was so sensitive. But maybe Fit Bit or other well-known brands are better, mine was free after all

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my husband one for his birthday, and we challenge each other to meet our daily goal.
