Haha. No. It's coffee with coconut oil and grass-fed butter added. It provides a complement of healthy fats to balance out the fat in olive oil (which I use liberally on just about everything.) I generally don't eat breakfast, so it provides some calories, as well. I generally don't eat until well after noon. I have a couple of friends who have coffee and grass fed butter for breakfast, but none that also add coconut oil. I still have not tried that. I love olive oil. I use just a tsp of extra virgin on pasta. Have been doing that forever. I am not a sauce person...tomato or cream. Just al dente pasta. olive oil and some fresh herbs. The French do that a lot. They love thyme and herbs de Provence.
