I love cheese. If you can't figure out what to eat I'm telling you make some concoction with cheese and it will never disappoint. I absolutely love it all different kinds too

I'm very fond of Davidstowe, a creamy vintage Cheddar from Cornwall in the West Country of the UK. Another, is Stilton and Cornish Blue which shown below has had an award. You can read about Cornish Blue here

I like some cheeses, not so much the fancy cheeses though although I haven't really tried them, I like the ones on pizzas and ones you buy in blocks in the shop, I also like Old English cheese on my subway when I have it

Camembert cheese. Man oh man. Could eat it all day long Beware keeping ripe Camembert in the fridge. It will stink the fridge right out; not a pleasant smell, but I suppose it tastes alright, I prefer Brie. Even that will pong so the cheese is best kept somewhere cool and covered. ~ * ~ Soft cheeses are supposed to be eaten quickly. Pasteurized cheese if it goes off, don't eat it as the bacteria will cause untold stomach problems. Pregnant women should avoid all unpasteurized diary produce, especiallu unpasteurized milk. link
