So, as we are quite an active community, I don't see an issue myself with advertising ourselves as so. I have spent a little bit of time today, and by a little bit, I mean literally 20 minutes or so, whacking these together. Included is a new banner which I have made which I figured would fit with the default theme that we have, should we want to use it. Before anyone gets upset by it, the only reason I made the banner with it is so that the affiliate button I made matches it. This way, the affiliate button matches the default skin which people would see when they first click the button, if that makes sense.
Now, I have noticed a lot of forums use 'advertising buttons' these days, so I went ahead and did that, too. If staff wish to use it, I don't mind writing up a template.

As you can tell, I went quite minimalist with it all, but yeah.
I got bored, saw the affiliate button didn't match the forum skin and my OCD kicked in so I figured I may as well see if I can do something. Also, for whoever has been making the forum images; this isn't meant as a call out, by the way, but if you save things as .png then it saves the quality, if you save things as a .jpg then it kills the quality slightly. Like I said, not a call out, so its up to you if you want to respond to that. I don't mind helping in any way when it comes to graphics/photoshop tutorials, or making graphics, either sourcing tutorials, or to make them myself, but it's all down to whether or not I have time to.
Maybe it's also time to go through our affiliates and see which ones are active and which ones aren't.
