Breakfast: Nothing.
Lunch: A turkey and cheese sandwich on Keto bread and two Keto bars.
Dinner: A taco (meat, cheese, seasoning, sour cream) on a Keto tortilla and steak chunks. I also had shelled sunflower seeds for a snack.
I'm working on lowering my blood sugar.
