Canberra based band who deserve more attention. They play an awesome hybrid of hardcore punk and death metal. They really turn it up on new album Neuro Siege.

All Time Lows latest album Wake Up Sunshine has recently been released and it is their best album so far, I have had it on repeat for a few days and it's in the car. I can't wait for all this to be over so i can it performed live.

Over the weekend for me two big releases.
August Burns Red - Guardians Phenomenal Metalcore album that felt the heavy side for the most part but it added some more progressive melodies in different parts of the album. Absolutely impressed with how this band keeps putting out solid releases.
Testament - Titans of Creation Holy shit did these thrash titans (pun intended) put out a monster of an album. Just riffs galore and excellent song writing. They are on quite the streak of great albums since the return in 2008 with The Formation of Damnation.
Got the new Nightwish Double album this weekend to release and I'm really excited for it.

My Dying Bride - The Ghost of OrionYet another phenomenal album filled with a lot of nicely crafted, emotionally charged Doom. They again create an epic atmospheric experience on top of a somewhat emotional drive on this album. Definitely worth picking up. They like I said are one of the best at writing even new material that carries your Doom style of slower paced music and blends it with atmosphere and emotion.

Trivium - What The Dead Men SayTrivium returned to form with The Sin and the Sentence after a okish but kinda samey Silence in the Snow but I think they crafted a beauty with What The Dead Men Say featuring a lot of heavy guitar work, more thrashy riffs and melodies and much more harsh vocals than previous albums. This ranks up as my second favourite Trivium album behind Ascendancy. 2020 is to say the least a sucky year full of suckitude for the most part but musically it's been really good.
