I have decided that I would like to have a drama free 2016 and so have made a few new year resolutions to try and make this happen:
Be more positive Take a step back if I do find myself in a difficult situation and not react straight away Let things go - I can be uptight and try and control people and situations but need to just let things be And the usual - DIET lol
What about everyone else?

My resolutions are: 1. To get a new job, i love being manager (most of the time) but it's very time consuming and it really affects the time i get to spend with the kids, Jared has noticed the most, he keeps asking why i'm always at work 2, Spend more time with the kids 3, Actually start wedding planning
