Ingredients:
- 150 gram brown spaghetti
- 1 broccoli, in small roses
- 250 gram garlic shrimp
- 1 rred onion in half rings
- 250 milliliter cooking cream
- zest of 2 lemons
- Juice from one lemon
- Pepper and salt
- Parmezzan cheese
Directions:
- Bring a good sized pan with water to a boil. Wash the Broccoli and put it in the water with the spaghetti when the water boils
and let it cook for 10/11 minutes
- Heat up a second pan while the spghettti and brocolli are cooking and put the garlic shrimp and red onions in the second pan
extra fat isn't nessecary, the garlic marinade is enough
- Bake the shrimp and red onion 'till it starts to get soft and add the cooking cream
- add the lemon zest and juice and stir through well
- Let the lemon sauce mioxture softly cook untill the brocolli and spaghetti are done
- Put the brocolli and spaghetti in the lemon sauce mixture and stir well
- Bring to flavor with pepper and salt and add the parmezan cheese
