Heres a bit of TV history for you, straight out of ITV’s history books. When ITV rebranded itself in 1989, they launched the ITV National Weather Service, which was sponsored by power company, Powergen. Come 1996, a new batch of idents was made to lead into the weather forecast on ITV. The result was the 12 ITV Weathergens. Gilda: Cyan: Aurora: Brellina: Nimbella: Florta: Frice: Crystella: Shivra: Norwin: Helios: Mirka: So, which one of the Weathergens do you consider your favourite?

As someone from the UK, I definitely know what you're on about and, I too remembered them fondly I've chosen Norwin. Reminds me of a gothic prince of some kind, and I like it Brella would be a second, because she looks... very unique, I must say.

Brellina because she is the least sinister looking!

One of my favourites would have to be Frice, because hes a bit intimidating to look at, which is a good design choice when it comes to weather idents because ice, in terms of weather reports, is a major hazard, especially if you’re driving. My close second would have to be Brellina because of her design. I’d like to know how they pulled off the fountain of water coming out of her head.

I’d like to know how they pulled off the fountain of water coming out of her head. She must've had a hose inside her costume. What else?

I’d like to know how they pulled off the fountain of water coming out of her head. She must've had a hose inside her costume. What else? Fair enough. Also, there was a book written about them by Nicola Joanne Bolton, in which they were portrayed as celestial beings that keep the earth’s weather in check.
