Hi all ! It would be nice to see places as they are now , so here goes .. Whilst attending an engagement party in London back in 2019 , I stayed over in a hotel adjacent to this Church ( All Saints Church Fulham ) used in the Horror movie “ the Omen 1976 “ One particularly nasty scene was when Father Brennan who had tried to warn Robert Thorn that his son was the Antichrist is silenced by the dark forces...... It didn’t take too long to find the spot !! Alex ( that’s me trying to recreate the scene ! )

Fans of the classic movie “ The good the bad and the ugly “ will love how these guys have found the exact film angles to compare then and now , there’s even a road now in one scene, I guess we cannot stop progress, but a beautifully made video.
After lockdown I think Almería, Spain is on my bucket list !!

Dracula ( 2020 ) series on Netflix The drama stayed loyal to Bram Stokers book “Dracula “ by including actual filming in Whitby in this updated version of the story. The small town of Whitby ( Yorkshire ) is perfect with its gothic ruined Abbey that sits high the cliffs overlooking the sea and you can see why this was an inspiration for Bram Stokers famous novel , the book version says that the ship that Dracula was on ends up shipwrecked on the English shore with all dead aboard and a huge black dog is seen leaving the wreck and streaking its way up the 199 steps to the Abbey and it was within the graveyard up there that he finds his first victim on English soil etc Dracula actually has a grave there in his honour!

Next to my former High School on the grounds of the RRU campus there's the well known Hatley Castle. When friends from Europe come to visit, it's almost mandatory to take group photos (or selfies) in front of Hatley Castle. Its location is shown in various films and series. Eg, it appears in the x-Men (“Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters”) and Deadpool movies, too in the Disney’s Decendents franchise. In the Smallville series it was used as a cover for the Luthor Mansion. a list: moviemaps.org/locations/39During my senior year they filmed "The Professor" there with Johnny Depp as the Professor.
