what are you all eating on halloween? I was going to make chicken nuggets in the shape of vampires, but on second thoughts, it's a bit boring.... lol.. so: turning to the FJ members for inspiration! inspire me.  |

A couple years ago, before my office went 100% remote, we had a Halloween party. I made these delicious deviled eggs that looked like creepy eyeballs. The yolk section was green, and the pupil was made from a sliced olive with a little blob of mayo in the center. They were delicious!

We had a couple of nice things for Halloween when I was a kid. We had Cockroaches on a plate which were just simple dates arranged on a plate. As well we had mouse dropping sandwiches which is just white bread with chocolate sprinkles or buttons on top. There is always Pumpkin soup as well you can dress that up with little plastic jack-o-lanterns on the end of the spoon or something like that. Also, you could make ghosts in a blanket. These are pretty much mashed potato put inside a slice of deven, roll it up and put a toothpick in the middle to hold it together. Serve warm. The last thing I can think of is making halloween cupcakes. Make chocolate cakes and add Orange coloured icing. and if you feel a little crafty, you can use black piped icing to make witches hats or bats etc. on top. Also toffee apples never go astray. I hope some of these help.
