I'd be open to trying it - although, I don't think it's really "needed". If I have an issue with someone, I'll usually go directly to them in private.

Most of the time it's for forum owners to make others aware of issues before they crop up. Such as sharing spammers and forum trolls.

It won't hurt to try to see what other forum leaders like and what they don't; however, most owners have their own ideas as to what they want on their forums or not. It can help some, but then again not. It can let all know of the 'trouble makers' and we all could use that info. If it were me, if I had this, I would mainly use it for info and not for putting other owners down as do some of those sections, but like I said, it won't hurt to try.
