Haha. Yay for British English. XD Yeah, an amplifier does cost about that much. I mean, that's not as cheap as they come; you can get ones ... well, the cheapest one I saw today was $159 before tax. However, amps also get MUCH more expensive depending on what you're buying. The most expensive one I looked at today was a two-piecer that would have cost me $1450 after tax. I was pretty impressed by it, though; I may end up going for it. It's definitely a little price-y... I'll see what happens, the next few days. But yeah, the amp I'm probably going to end up getting is going to cost .. well, just about an even grand, I'd imagine, after tax. We'll see. Heh that's more than my guitar cost me, the guitar was $800. But I don't mind putting in the money really. Heh, probably the only instrument that I couldn't play is flute. I do play trombone, and if you play one brass instrument you can pretty well play them all. It's not a huge leap from one to the next, really. I'm not amazingly good at piano, but I can play it. And, I could probably play drums to a certain level anyway, though I doubt I'll ever wow anybody with my percussion skills, either. Well, I play five instruments already, I don't really need to know how to play more

Yeah I've been using a lot of weird words...not weird, rather unusual like 'hark' and 'ruddy' etc. o.O Thank God I dont read old literature or else... You can just imagine it. XD Thats nice. The cheap ones usually dont last long. I cant really play a trombone, flute and others because my lips have problems. I mean they hurt a LOT when I try playing something like that. Once I was playing the mouth-organ and my lips got all vibrating-ish (or however you say it : and it hurt really bad. ouch! I can play the piano. I started off playing a keyboard and then I got interested. I think thats a good way to start because keyboards are basically the same thing but a little easier to deal with. Im not really good either but hey atleast I can do something XD 5 instruments is indeed a lot. *nods* Im actually more of a sports type of a person. Hehe I can go on forever about sports. XD

Sports? I box. That's about it. Heh, I DO read old literature. And yes, when I've been reading it for too long, I do start speaking Shakespeare at people. Not necessarily quoting, either. It's great. XP I've never tried to play mouth organ, actually.... It would be interesting to make the attempt, though. Hrm, some instruments that I really want to learn how to play... Steel guitar, saxophone, French horn... Heh. I could go on for ages.

Haha, yeah sports are awesome ;D Lets see what I like: Basketball, Cricket, Badminton, Tennis, Softball, Swimming and I used to do Track so thats another thing. I dislike hate football [both American and British versions], baseball and wrestling. Boxing is OK but I wouldnt dare to do it because ...well lets just say I dont have the potential of a boxer XD Shakesphere is good of course because his work makes sense and they do teach the reader something. Yeah it can be hard sometimes to understand what he writes but in my opinion he is loads better than others *coughJaneAustencough* i know people like her and worship her books and all [in fact my favorite author loves Jane Austen's books] but I kind of have a thing against her. lol 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Emma' have a remarkable history in my life. Both of those made me do something I've never done before. They made me SLEEP! And oh no offense to anyone at all who likes her books. Im just like that. Its not that I dont understand her work but I just dont get why I should read it. XD and Oh yeah the fact I have to sit with a dictionary looking up 5 words per page doesnt help either #hihi# My friend Corinna finds her old literature amusing. She giggles at the most unusual sentences and she is in love with Mr. Darcy Ok ill stop my complains there...i can go on forever #hihi# Some day maybe I'll finish one of her books and maybe magic will happen. Again no offense meant at all since everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I respect that. You could have your band if you had enough hands...by enough I mean extra hands XD

Yeah, if I had three or four more arms and maybe another mouth, I could be a one-man band. Swimming is fun, and I enjoy baseball/softball so long as I'm playing it and not watching it. Tenni9s and badminton are fun too, I like soccer (British football) and can't stand American football or rugby. I've never really done wrestling and hey, nobody ever said you had to be GOOD at boxing to do it. ~^ I've never really had trouble understanding Shakespeare's works o.o And admittedly, I'm not that familiar with Jane Austen or her works, so I don't really have an opinion of her. Oh, and who the heck is Mr Darcy when he's home?

Except it would be a one-WOMAN band #hihi# Eh, I'll guess you would like Jane Austen's works. And this isnt some prediction or anything, just an educated guess or an observation if you want to call it that Mr. Darcy is a character in "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen. The novel kind of revolves around him and Elizabeth Bennett. He bores me to death though. Jane Austen fans love him for some reason. Each to their own! XD EDIT: And have you noticed how when I ramble my posts are longer? *points at the previous post* XD

Rambling tends to make one's posts lengthier, yes. That's why they call it rambling. XDDD Yeah, I probably would enjoy it. Hell, I enjoyed War and Peace. I must be some kind of weirdo. Haha, I see. Well, I suppose I'll just have to read it for myself one of thse days and find out. In my copious amounts of spare time, that is. XD

haha of course. How could I not know that? XD
War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy? ~.^
Yeah I should also give it another try one of these days. Maybe we could have a "reading contest" and see if I die first. XD

Haha, yeah, that's the one. Aye, it was difficult to read all right. I still enjoyed it, though. Gofigure that. ...I actually read it twice... *cough* I'mnotanerd... Actually, you almost need to read it twice. Just to get a handle on what's going on. Damn book has over five hundred characters in it. *head spin*

Hey no one said its bad to be a nerd. Not that Im one or anything... *cough* I hate books with loads of characters. well not 'hate' but it makes it really hard. Take Lord of the Rings for instance >.< Tolkien has like 3 generations of characters going on...Argh!
Hehe I know what you mean though. Like I give myself hard math problems to solve and spend the whole night doing them but i still enjoy them. XD and No, Im not a mathematician.
