Meh, old as in "why on earth did I write that piece of junk" and "one week ago stories" are generally synonomous, at least when you're me. XD
Yeah, I actually don't mind essays. Especially now that I'm out of high school and don't have to do that bloody five-paragraph essay format. Stupid idea anyway.
It's just that, well, 2000 word essays aren't so fun when you leave them to the last minute. *cough* not that I'd know from ... experience or anything...
XD we do. Although, we're talking about writing... it's an obsession.. for me anyway... so maybe we're not off topic?
...screw it, we're so far off topic. We're like, in Tuscany.

XD Im uncomfortable reading any of my stories, essays even if people like them. In 5th grade I got this 1st prize for essay writing, and when I read it I just want to cover my eyes. "How is it POSSIBLE to get 1st prize for such a stupid essay?" hehe I hated those essay topics we got in exams. Firstly most of them are not debate like and then we have 1 hour to finish the whole paper [includes essay and others stuff] >.< I managed to finish on time but its like they're pressuring us to write. Now we dont have to write forced essays so thats good. Now I find myself writing essays when we're supposed to answer in 2 paragraphs XD I have never left an essay to the last minute. *shakes head* Psh yeah right#hihi# Well its not like every other thread is ON-topic and this is the Random board so we PWN them all haha Tuscany XD

Yes, we pwn them alright.
My friend wants to elope to Tuscany. For no real reason. Just because, it'd be cool to get married in Tuscany.
Yay Tuscany.
Haha, I know. Some of the essays and poetry that I've won prizes for... I swear I want to disown it. But hey. XDDD

Ugh, no, that's definitely not good. I learned the hard way to keep paper copies of all of my work as well as save it to the computer, and I should probably start backing it up to CD, as well...

Yeah now Im learning to do that too >.<
Sometimes if I write a huge PM or post somewhere i make sure to copy it and then send/post it with the fear of losing it due to any server problems, you know. Its a pain when that happens. Eh I remember being upset for 2 weeks [or more] when I lost my stories. My dad tried everything to recover them but alas!
Ah well...
Even God can't change the past No matter how many tears I've cried by Charlotte Church
And by the way I got the chapters and the formatting showed up fine too. ^_^ Did you get your guitar amp?

Heh, yeah, I always save lengthy posts and stuff in notepad. Even if it's just a copy-paste deal, although occasionally I'll outright save them. I've lost too many posts that way. XD
Yeah, losing any of your work is upsetting. I know how that is, trust me.
Yay for working chapter thingies.
Uhm no, not yet, but it's cool. The amp that I'd been looking at a little while back was out of stock, so I haven't had an opportunity to try it yet, and I'm not buying anything before I've heard the sound. I'm starting to get a fairly good idea of what I want though, which is good - I don't actually know too much about amplifiers, which is obviously something of a hindrance when shopping for one.
So yeah, there are a couple I'm considering at the moment, but I also phoned my voice teacher up to ask her advice. Her husband's the guitar guy though, so he's going to get back to me... Alos there's another music store in Kelowna that we apparently missed, so I'm going to phone THEM tomorrow and ask them what they have, and when we go back into Kelowna to try this other amp we'll probably stop by there.
*phew*
So yeah. I'll be getting one in a few days, most like. I just want to try and make an informed decision, lol. A thousand dollars isn't something to just sort of throw away. XD

Yeah I know. Its a pain in the arse to start over lengthy posts especially in debates. >.<
Wow I said 'arse'! Blame that on reading British English lately XD
Whew! An amplifier costs that much? *faints* Thats a lot and I wouldnt hurry either especially since i don't know much about them XD . Professional advice is always good. List of instruments I'll never ever play in my life if I cant help it: Trombone, Flute, Euphonium and all those instruments which include using lips and lots of air... Guitar because I can't...JUST cant do two different things with both of my hands. Exception is playing the piano #hihi# And I've heard it hurts the fingers too while playing a guitar? *winces* Drums because I cant' stand them. XD
yay what a pointless list XD
